Welcome to SlamStorm: Battle Arena — a competitive playground built for skill, creativity, and expression through high-energy basketball action. By installing, launching, or participating in the SlamStorm experience, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to maintain fair competition, protect personal data, and uphold a respectful and inclusive community for all players worldwide. Our development team reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication. Continued access or play after an update will be interpreted as acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any part of these conditions, we kindly recommend discontinuing the use of the application and its related services.

• To participate, users must be at least 13 years old or have explicit consent from a parent or guardian. When creating an account, all provided information must be valid, truthful, and current. Each player is responsible for protecting their login credentials. The SlamStorm team is not liable for unauthorized access due to account sharing, insecure passwords, or third-party exposure.
• All community interactions — whether through matches, chat features, team formations, or voice communication — should reflect respect, sportsmanship, and positive behavior. Offensive language, harassment, targeted disruption, or attempts to provoke others are strictly against our community guidelines. Violations may result in temporary restrictions, placement limitations, or permanent removal depending on severity.
• In-app purchases include optional visual enhancements, collectible gear, seasonal upgrades, and limited-time items. All transactions are final once confirmed by the platform provider. No refunds will be issued unless legally required. Before making a purchase, players should confirm the accuracy of their login, currency balance, and platform settings.
• Any attempt to interfere with the fairness of gameplay—whether by external software, unauthorized tools, altered game files, or manipulation of matchmaking systems—violates our core principles. This includes behavior such as stat farming, intentional exploits, or account trading for advantage. Violators will face action ranging from temporary restrictions to full removal from game access.

To continuously improve SlamStorm: Battle Arena, anonymized gameplay data may be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This helps optimize performance, balance future updates, and fine-tune matchmaking systems. We encourage feedback, suggestions, and bug reports from our player base. Any submitted content may be used by the development team to enhance the game without expectation of compensation. Our mission is to maintain a safe, evolving, and rewarding environment where every player can grow, express their style, and compete with confidence.
