No rankings, no pressure, no timers. Just pure creative space built for players who want to express themselves beyond the scoreboard.

This mode opens up a private environment where you can test everything from custom animations and gear effects to new movement chains and position swaps. Want to rehearse your transition step-ins with your favorite outfit equipped? Or see how a new crossover blends with your alley-oop timing? Creative Lab lets you do all of it with full freedom — no interruption, no match results, just flow.

We’ve also added tools for deeper exploration: toggle between player builds, switch courts, preview new cosmetics in motion, and adjust camera angles to record or review your sessions. It’s also the perfect spot for casual hoopers to unwind. Maybe you’re trying out a new emote combo, syncing gear to animations, or just vibing with music in the background — the Lab becomes your zone. You can even simulate match setups with dummy defenders to trial spacing, passing arcs, or signature release tempo. Every detail is yours to control.
